The Firm Ghidetti - Spadini - Tognella associated was established in 1994, the fruit of its founders’ idea to offer corporate clients in every sector a wide range of professional services ranging from accounting-administrative and fiscal management to personnel management and corporate and tax consulting among others.
To meet the needs of company dynamics related to global economic changes, the Firm has entered the field of consulting and assistance in company internationalisation projects in the last few years, developing relations with professionals in a number of foreign countries, especially the United States of America and Brazil.
The Firm also sustains ongoing collaborations in Italy with law firms and accountants in Verona.
The structure currently consists of 9 components.
